The 70-30 cementing skid is a horizontal three-cylinder single-acting plunger pump equipped with water mud injection equipment on the skid frame. The plunger pump is driven by diesel engine during operation. The equipment is equipped with a slurry mixing system for self-made cement slurry, with the function of recirculating cement slurry. The operation of the whole equipment is realized by the circuit system, hydraulic system, air circuit system and transmission system. All of them are concentrated on the console and completed by one person, which is convenient and reliable to operate and has a high degree of automation.

The 70-30 cementing skid is mainly used for cementing deep, medium depth and shallow wells in oil and gas fields, and can complete the work of making cement slurry, injecting cement, replacing mud and touching pressure, etc. It can be used for well washing and general shallow well fracturing construction. The biggest advantage of this equipment is that all kinds of cementing operations within 4500m can be completed with one equipment.
