According to cutting material, Tricone bit can be divided into Steel tooth Bit and TCI bit.
New wear-resistant material is applied to weld the tooth surface of the Steel tooth bit, which can maintain the high penetration rate of the Steel tooth bit and improve the life of the cutting tooth of the bit.
TCI bit adopts high-strength and high-toughness hard alloy teeth, optimized design of tooth row number, tooth number, tooth exposure height, and unique alloy tooth shape, giving full play to TCI bit's high wear resistance and excellent cutting ability.
Bearing Structure
High precision journal bearing with two thrust faces. Ball locked cone. Hardfaced head bearing surface. Cone bearing inlaid with friction reducing alloy and then silver-plated. Abrasion resistance and seizure resistance of the bearing are improved, and suitable for high rotary speed.
Cutting Structure
Reinforcing the comprehensive mechanical properties of cutting tooth by using high quality tungsten carbide inserts of new formula and new techniques of insert bit. Widened crest insert improved the bit aggressivity and penetration rate.
Gauge Structure
The multiple heel position with gauge trimmer on the heel, tungsten carbide and hardfacing on the shirttail, strengthened spear point will enhance the gauge protection.
