The drilling fluid cyclone desilter is a three-level solid control equipment for suspended drilling fluid treatment.
The drilling fluid cyclone desilter is based on the processing capacity required by the customer. Several groups of cyclones and cyclone models are selected to form a desilter (cyclones are divided into desanding cyclones according to the diameter of the cyclone. flow collector and desilting cyclone, generally the combination of cyclones below 6 inches is called desilter). The cyclone desilting device commonly used in the oil drilling process is a combination of 4", 3", and 2" desludging cyclones. It is mainly used to separate solid particles with a particle size of 15 μm ~ 25 μm in the drilling fluid. The drilling fluid cyclone desilter is composed of a liquid inlet pipe, a desilting cyclone, an underflow screen, a liquid discharge port, etc. The desilting cyclone is equipped with a rotating component. The cylinder wall of the rotating component is provided with a separation window. The upper cylinder wall, a set of tapered grooves and the liquid inlet pipe constitute the drilling fluid rising member. The blades of the desilter are arranged at the inner bottom of the rotating member, and the sand discharge regulator controls the sand discharge amount. The drilling fluid enters the rotating component from the liquid inlet pipe and is centrifugally rotated by the blades. When the liquid rises to the separation window, the sand particles are separated from the drilling fluid. The sand particles are discharged into the sand discharge cone through the separation window. The separated drilling fluid enters the ascending component. The drilling fluid enters the drilling fluid tank through the drain port of the conical groove; the sand in the sand discharge cone is discharged through the sand discharge port controlled by the sand discharge regulator, and the separation is completed.
